IN PURSUIT OF A MORE EQUITABLE WORLD

This work is for all of us

Striving for equity and belonging are non-negotiable at Wildly Rising. Although much of my career has been focused on women’s leadership success, my mission for happier, healthier and more just workplaces includes everyone. I am committed to my own journey of learning, unlearning and course-correcting as I do my part in standing for justice and equity for all

I want more women and folks from non-dominant cultures in greater and higher positions of power in every industry, all over the world. I want for-profit organizations to lead us in using their businesses for social and environmental good. I want healthy, happy, equitable workplaces where people and profits thrive.

Wildly Rising was one of the first-ever Kentucky-based businesses to receive the Canopy "Good Business" Certification, a recognized commitment to sustainable, responsible and ethical business practices.

The Essence ofWildly Rising’?

Every person, like the organic world, has a natural state of being — a personal kind of wild. Animals don’t seek permission to grow. Plants don’t waste energy comparing themselves to others. Species evolve not out of fear, but from the instinct to thrive. Mother Nature shows us what’s possible when we embrace our true essence.

Who might you be if you led from your most wild and natural state?

I want to help you find out.

The Woman Behind the Wild

MY PROMISE
All leaders deserve an opportunity to thrive with a sense of well-being and purpose. I promise to provide leadership development that is safe, soulful and honors mind, body and spirit. My commitment is to support leaders on their journeys of removing whatever barriers, both inner and systemic, that are keeping them from their full potential.

MY STRENGTHS
I’m deeply compassionate and fiercely committed to my clients' growth. I’m an intuitive listener and direct truth-teller. I have profound reverence for the human experience and I know the courage it takes to change. I excel at guiding professionals to clarify their unique strengths and unlock new possibilities for growth.

MY PURPOSE
I believe that to heal our world, we need to vastly improve the professional and mental health of the folks and organizations leading it. Like most, I have felt the pain and dysfunction of adhering to a set of unattainable standards that society had set out for me. All the conditioned should’s, too much’s and never enough’s took their toll and I spent a fair amount of my adult life in recovery — from perfectionism, people-pleasing, co-dependency, depression and alcohol abuse. My journey has been hard but beautiful and necessary.

Now, I operate from a level of peace, freedom and health that I didn’t know existed. I’m dedicated to helping others find the same.

I also take my commitment to adventure & fun very seriously.

This commitment has taken me on a 6-month backpacking trip around South America, a medical mission trip to post-hurricane Puerto Rico, cross-country camping trips, hang-gliding over the Alps, spelunking in Switzerland, repelling waterfalls in Ecuador, ice-climbing in Peru, jungle-ing into the Amazon, trapeze-ing on a rooftop in NYC as well as years spent working and flourishing in Chicago and Austin, TX before coming back full circle to my home state and now calling Louisville home.

Now that you’ve met me, I’d love to meet you.

Jacque’s ability to pinpoint, challenge and transform your thoughts into new forms of growth is unmatched. If you are willing to dig deep, Jacque will meet you each step of the way to continue your growth journey.
