I’m Jacque Saltsman.

I’m Founder & CEO of Wildly Rising and a seasoned Executive Leadership Coach with 25 years of experience across various business functions. My mission is to vastly improve leadership effectiveness by **offering leaders a personalized roadmap to elevate their presence, focus their productivity and uplevel their leadership,** so they can work on what’s truly important.
I excel at supporting professionals to understand and amplify their gifts, as well as identify their bio-behavioral blindspots and see how they are getting in their own way. With a grounded presence, proven frameworks and over a decade of experience, **I equip leaders and organizations with the essential skills for achieving outstanding business results while fostering healthy cultures that promote belonging, purpose, and retention.**

I bring both strength and soulfulness to this work. I’m deeply compassionate and fiercely committed to my clients' growth. I’m an intuitive listener and direct truth-teller. I have profound reverence for the human experience and I know the courage it takes to change.

I do this work because I staunchly believe that to heal our world, we need to vastly improve the professional, mental and emotional health of the folks and organizations that are leading it. I also do this work because, like most professionals I know, I have also felt the pain and dysfunction of adhering to a set of unattainable standards that society had set out for me. All the conditioned should’s, too much’s and never enough’s took their toll and I’ve spent a fair amount of my adult life in recovery - recovery from perfectionism, people-pleasing, co-dependency, depression and alcohol abuse.

This Self-Recovery journey has been hard but beautiful and necessary.

I never knew this level of peace, freedom and health even existed.

All leaders deserve an opportunity to operate at this level. We need to offer an approach to leadership and professional development that is safe and soulful and pays attention to body, mind and spirit.

I am committed to supporting leaders on their journeys of Self-Recovery - recovering from whatever limitations are keeping them from their full potential and reclaiming lost parts of themselves so they can truly feel authentic, powerful and whole.

I also take my commitment to adventure and fun very seriously.

This commitment has taken me on a 6-month backpacking trip around South America, a medical mission trip to post-hurricane Puerto Rico, cross-country camping trips, hang-gliding over the Alps, spelunking in Switzerland, repelling waterfalls in Ecuador, ice-climbing in Peru, jungle-ing into the Amazon, trapeze-ing on a rooftop in NYC as well as years spent working and flourishing in Chicago and Austin, TX before coming back full circle to my home state and now calling Louisville home.

I am fiercely committed to leadership equity and wellbeing and have focused much of my career on women’s leadership success. My mission for happier, healthier and more just work and workplaces, though, includes everyone.
